Located in Ingleton in the Yorkshire Dales, Hay and Straw offer top-quality hay and straw animal feeds to customers within the UK.

Our specialty is top-quality Ings Hay from traditionally managed water meadows where no chemical fertilizer or sprays are applied.

We also offer Timothy & Rye Hay, Meadow Hay, and Straw in a choice of weights to suit most small animal keepers. A sample pack of the 3 types of hay is also available.


We source our hay and straw direct from the farmer, not through intermediaries


Our straw is bright, clean, and golden barley straw grown on the Yorkshire Wolds and suitable for feeding or bedding. Also, wheat and oat straw can be sourced on request.


We store our hay and straw in bulk and bag up just prior to despatch of orders, this maintains the freshness and aroma of the hay.

Our prices include shipping to mainland UK addresses, except 'Highland & Islands' locations where an additional charge of £6 applies.

We can also provide quotes for the supply of hay and straw for farmers and those requiring much larger quantities for cattle, horses, etc.
